Financial Times: Deutsche Telekom boss braces for battle to land US mega-merger

Thomas Nienaber, managing director at advisory firm MKI Global Partners, said the difficulties of rallying politicians, unions and investors behind the deal represented “quite a conundrum for Höttges”.

“How he solves the Gordian knot is not quite clear,” he said.
